Intelligence built on enhanced sensing.

ActivSight images living tissue, using light to reveal blood flow, perfusion, and critical structures beneath the surface in real time.

Traditional perfusion assessment relies on injecting a dye and watching where it goes. You are seeing the dye, not the tissue. That is pharmacokinetics—indirect, time-limited, and non-repeatable.

Surgeons make clinical decisions based on what they can see, but the human eye has limits. Blood flow, tissue viability, critical structures beneath the surface—all invisible until something goes wrong. Surgical complications from limited visualization increases complications and billions in avoidable care. The problem is not skill. It is sight.

Don’t follow the dye. Measure the flow.

The Diffusion Phenomenon

ICG relies on capturing the exact peak moment. Post-peak diffusion creates a progressive spread of the fluorescent signal, potentially blurring the true perfusion boundary.

LSCI provides a continuous, steady-state reading unaffected by time. This flatline reliability makes it a highly reproducible tool when the ICG window is missed.

Activ Perfusion imaging

Laser Light → Red Blood Cell Movement → Real-Time Perfusion Map

LSCI uses laser light to detect the movement of red blood cells beneath the tissue surface,
creating a real-time view of tissue perfusion—without requiring an injected imaging agent.

See flow. Assess perfusion. Make informed decisions in real time.

Intelligence vs. Information

For perfusion assessment, ICG is a dye-based snapshot. Activ is a physics-based imaging.
