Confidence and control in every critical moment.
Real-time perfusion intelligence, available throughout the entire procedure, as many times as you need it, no dye, no injection, entirely in your control.
ActivSight has been a game-changer in my colorectal procedures, offering two complementary methods for perfusion assessment through its ActivICG and ActivPerfusion modes. Over time, I’ve increasingly found ActivPerfusion’s real-time laser speckle contrast imaging technology to be more accurate than ActivICG as it provides repeatable, dye-free perfusion information. The agnostic design of ActivSight is another major advantage, as it seamlessly integrates with any laparoscopic tower in any OR, making it a cost-effective solution for advanced imaging. I also appreciate that the platform is designed for future AI deployment, positioning it at the cutting edge of surgical innovation.

What You Gain
Confidence
Know, do not guess. Real-time surgical intelligence enhances confidence in your clinical decision making. Confirm what you already know or adjust as needed.
Control
Entirely surgeon-driven. No injection, no anesthesia coordination, no timing dependency. Activate it whenever you need it, as many times as you need it.

The ICG Comparison
Different Technologies. Different Insights. One Platform.
For perfusion assessment, ActivSight provides a dye-free approach to visualizing blood-flow dynamics in real time. It can be used continuously and repeatedly throughout the procedure—without waiting for an injection or relying on dye timing.
For anatomical and structural visualization, ICG fluorescence remains an important surgical tool, helping surgeons visualize structures such as bile ducts, lymphatic pathways, and vascular anatomy.
ActivSight brings both capabilities together. Surgeons can use dye-free perfusion imaging when assessing tissue blood flow and ICG fluorescence when anatomical mapping or fluorescence visualization is needed.
The result: less dependence on dye for perfusion, without giving up the clinical value of ICG.

The Economic Case
$29K – $95K
Anastomotic leaks cost per occurrence. Esophagectomy leaks exceed $100K.
$150 – $250
ICG dye cost per use. Laser speckle is dye-free.
$18K – $180K
Complication cost avoidance: minor $18K, severe $32K, ICU-level $150K to $180K.
